A U.S. Army Veteran, Joe attended the rigorous four-year Phoenix Electrical Joint Apprenticeship, where he graduated as Top Apprentice. Joe has developed extensive expertise in high-tech and critical infrastructure within the electrical industry. His career path spans hands-on roles as an Apprentice Electrician, advancing to Journeyman Wireman, Foreman, and General Foreman, participating in major projects such as Sun Devil Stadium, Banner Medical Center buildouts, Meta and Apple data center distribution.

As a Project Engineer and Project Manager, Joe has managed critical facilities and service work for clients including the National Guard, State Farm Stadium, and Honeywell. His leadership at Auxilium Electric is defined by a deep understanding of power distribution systems, and a commitment to delivering complex, mission-critical projects with precision and forward-thinking solutions.

He has successfully managed highly complex data center builds for prominent clients, overseeing every aspect from switchgear installation to comprehensive power distribution systems. His broad experience also includes conveyor and control system installations at Amazon facilities, tenant improvement projects, large-scale temporary power solutions for various events, and critical healthcare facility electrical upgrades. Chase is deeply committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions tailored to meet the unique demands of diverse industrial and commercial environments.
